1. Introduction
Welcome to ASB Travels. By booking travel services through our website or agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Agency Role
ASB Travels acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers. Your travel is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each supplier.
3. Bookings and Payments
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all names match government-issued ID exactly.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: Failure to pay the balance by the specified due date may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.
4. Cancellations and Changes
• Supplier Fees: Most bookings are subject to cancellation or change fees imposed by the supplier.
• Agency Fees: ASB Travels reserves the right to charge a professional service fee for processing cancellations or modifications.
• Refunds: Refunds can take 60–90 days to process and are subject to supplier approval.
5. Travel Insurance
ASB Travels strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.
Standard policies can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. If you decline insurance, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all financial losses associated with trip disruptions.
6. Travel Documents and Health
• Passports/Visas: Travelers must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain necessary visas.
• Health: Travelers must comply with all health requirements (vaccinations, testing) of the destination.
7. Accessibility and Special Requests
ASB Travels is committed to inclusive travel. While we will communicate all accessibility needs to suppliers, we cannot guarantee that every third-party service will meet specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
ASB Travels shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage (including “Acts of God,” weather, or political unrest) that occurs during your travel. Our total liability is limited to the amount of professional fees paid directly to ASB Travels.
